Peristaltic based perfusion system - results

We have tested different flow rates and cell growth/viability response to those flow rates. Results are presented in the graph below.

Many different problems were encountered during testing, more on that in the section "Issues encountered". The overall issue was the general unreliability of the peristaltic pump, which we think was the reason for such strong deviation of some results.
