Description

NB-IoT+BLE device production system

(nRF91 + nRF52 product)

Factory floor testing and provisioning system setup:

  • Upgrade nRF9160 modem firmware

  • Provision nRF9160 keys and security components

  • Flash nRF9160 application

  • Flash nRF52 application

  • Provision serial numbers

  • Validate device power consumption for critical operations

  • Test BLE operation and other RF components

  • Run a series of pre-defined tests and measure voltages

Real-time firmware testing of firmware:

  • 4 devices connected

  • Each device running different firmware build or is different hw version

  • Push firmware to each from CI

  • Validate power-consumption of every firmware build

  • Log debug messages via UART
